Vito · Thailand
Free listings and chats in Thailand. Vito does not accept payment for user transactions or provide escrow.
Legal requestsVito provides free listings and user-to-user chats in Thailand for goods, services, jobs and real estate. Vito does not accept transaction payments, hold deposits, provide escrow, sell the listed goods or guarantee another user's performance. These limits do not exclude the operator's own duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This notice covers accounts, listings, drafts, uploads, communications, support and safety processes. Data is used to provide the requested service, prevent abuse, handle requests and satisfy applicable legal duties. A specific operation may rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal duties or consent as appropriate; accepting Terms is not blanket consent to all processing.
No impersonation, threats, harassment, hate, coercion, spam or fraudulent offers. Do not circumvent restrictions with new accounts or exploit others' personal information.
These restrictions are Vito's conservative launch policy. A category may be prohibited here even if some licensed activity is lawful elsewhere. A licence or informal staff approval does not automatically create an exception.
Use the correct category and factual title, condition, price and charges. Publish only what you own or are authorised to offer. Do not hide material defects, mandatory fees or limitations. Approval is moderation, not a warranty.
Session/authentication cookies support sign-in and account security. Locale/region preferences, draft storage and anti-abuse tools support requested functions. Duration depends on the specific tool; a single banner acknowledgement does not define every cookie's lifetime.
Use the public Legal requests form for privacy, copyright, dangerous content, other rights or authority requests. An account is not required. Existing users can also report a listing/chat and use support or appeals. Include a usable reply address; no unverified external mailbox is designated here.
