011. What Vito provides
Vito provides free listings and user-to-user chats in Thailand for goods, services, jobs and real estate. Vito does not accept transaction payments, hold deposits, provide escrow, sell the listed goods or guarantee another user's performance. These limits do not exclude the operator's own duties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
022. Accounts and age
Our account and publication policy is age 20 or older. This is a platform rule, not a claim that every online activity legally requires that age. Confirm accurate account information, keep credentials private and do not impersonate others. Email or phone confirmation alone does not verify identity, professional licences, ownership or product authenticity.
033. Accepting these terms
Registration requires an explicit acceptance of the current terms. Publication requires a separate declaration about the offer and age. The server records the version, time and language. A privacy notice explains processing; it is not blanket consent to every purpose. Optional advertising permissions, if introduced, must remain separate from necessary account services.
044. Your offers and transactions
Publish only genuine offers you are authorised to make, with accurate condition, prices, mandatory charges and material limitations. Users decide and perform their agreements directly. Chat statements and confirmation buttons may have legal consequences; a deal status is not proof of payment, delivery or registration of property rights. Obtain appropriate documents and advice before a high-value transaction.
055. Content licence
You retain your rights. You grant the permissions needed to store, display, translate, technically format and moderate content for the service. This is not a perpetual permission to use your photos for unrelated advertising. After removal, limited copies may remain for backups, legal duties or disputes as explained in Privacy. Do not submit content you lack rights to use.
066. Moderation and review
Listings can be held for review, rejected, removed or restricted. Fraud, prohibited offers, threats and privacy violations may require immediate restrictions. Automated tools can assist but may be wrong. You can use the appeal or legal-request channel for review. Approval does not certify legality, ownership, authenticity or safety. Repeated copyright or other serious infringements may result in loss of access.
077. AI and safety
AI descriptions, photo tools and support may use external providers. Review outputs, do not send confidential or sensitive documents, and never use generated text or edited images to mislead others. Do not share one-time codes or account access. A message claiming to be a Vito payment or escrow service is inconsistent with this free launch.
088. Responsibility and applicable law
Thai law applies, subject to mandatory protections and lawful jurisdiction rules. No clause waives rights or liability that cannot be waived by law. Vito does not promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee third-party conduct. Free access does not establish a zero monetary cap on every claim. Each party's responsibility depends on its conduct and applicable law, not merely on a label of intermediary.

The document version is shown below. Material changes will be presented where applicable and may require fresh acknowledgement. Do not assume use of the site gives consent to a new processing purpose. Privacy, copyright and content requests can be submitted without an account through Legal requests. Urgent danger should also be reported directly to the competent authorities.
