011. Platform policy
These restrictions are Vito's conservative launch policy. A category may be prohibited here even if some licensed activity is lawful elsewhere. A licence or informal staff approval does not automatically create an exception.
022. Goods not accepted
No weapons/ammunition, narcotics/cannabis offers, vaping products, tobacco/nicotine or alcohol. No prescription medicines, counterfeit/stolen goods, unlawful personal-data sales, identity documents or credentials. Regulated medical products and health claims require separate permission and review; no general exception is offered at launch.
033. Harmful content and schemes
No child sexual exploitation, trafficking, sexual exploitation, threats, illegal gambling/betting offers or related recruitment, fraud, pyramid schemes, unlawful lending or promises to evade licences, visas or work permits. No financial claims presented as guaranteed profits without verifiable lawful grounds.
044. Restricted launch categories
Gambling recruitment, short-term real-estate rentals and guaranteed-yield property attributes are closed at this stage. Protected wildlife and risky exotic-animal offers are not accepted without a formal review programme. Ordinary lawful pet goods and legitimate finance/accounting jobs are not automatically prohibited by these category rules.
055. Enforcement
Restrictions apply to descriptions, photos, attributes, links and chats, not only category names. Content can be withheld or removed; serious cases may require account restriction and lawful preservation. Report dangerous or unlawful content through Legal requests. An appeal remains available to correct misidentification; it is not permission to repost a prohibited offer.
