011. Platform Role in Content Moderation

Vito Marketplace operates as a technology platform and provides tools for Users to create and publish listings, profile information, messages, and other content. Vito does not pre-screen all content before publication. Vito uses a combination of automated detection tools and human moderation to identify policy-violating content after publication. Vito does not guarantee that all policy-violating content will be identified or removed promptly. Users who discover policy-violating content are obligated to use the Report function.

022. Listing Content Requirements

  • Listing titles, descriptions, and other free-text fields for listings may be written only in Russian, English, or Thai. You may mix these languages within a single listing (for example Thai title with English technical specifications).
  • Listings must accurately and truthfully describe the item or service being offered.
  • The listing title must clearly identify the item or service without misleading abbreviations or omissions.
  • The listed price must be the actual total price payable by the Buyer, inclusive of all mandatory costs.
  • The selected category must correctly match the item or service being listed.
  • Listings must not embed personal contact information (phone numbers, emails, social media handles) in titles, descriptions, or images for the purpose of circumventing the Platform.
  • Each distinct product variant that constitutes a different item must have its own listing, unless the Platform explicitly supports variant grouping.
  • Listings must only be created for items or services the Seller currently possesses and is legally authorized to sell.

033. Image and Media Requirements

  • At least one clear, unaltered photograph representing the actual item being sold is required for all physical product listings.
  • Images must accurately represent the item's current condition, including any defects, wear, or damage.
  • Stock photos from manufacturers or third parties are permitted only if they accurately represent the item and this is disclosed.
  • Images may not contain watermarks, logos, or branding from competing platforms.
  • Images generated by artificial intelligence tools must be disclosed prominently in the listing description.
  • Screenshots of chat conversations, price comparisons, or competitor listings are not permitted as listing images.
  • Images must not contain prohibited content, misleading claims, contact information, or pricing in image text.
  • Vito reserves the right to remove or replace non-compliant images without prior notice.

044. Prohibited Listing Content

  • False, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about product quality, performance, or origin.
  • Keyword stuffing: loading listing titles or descriptions with irrelevant search terms.
  • External URLs or links directing Users off the Platform.
  • Content that violates applicable Thai law, including defamation, obscenity, and IP infringement laws.
  • Misleading pricing, including bait-and-switch tactics or prices contingent on hidden conditions not disclosed upfront.
  • Fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or impersonated buyer feedback.
  • Any content that constitutes, facilitates, or promotes prohibited goods or services as defined in the Prohibited Items & Services Policy.

055. Moderation Procedures

Vito employs automated detection and human review for content moderation. Listings that are identified as potentially violating this Policy may be: (a) temporarily hidden pending human review; (b) removed immediately for clear zero-tolerance violations; (c) flagged to the Seller for voluntary correction within a stated deadline. Sellers will be notified via email or in-Platform notification when moderation action is taken on their content.

066. Enforcement Actions — Hybrid Model

Content violations are subject to Vito's hybrid enforcement model. Minor isolated violations (e.g., a single non-compliant image) may result in content removal with a warning. Repeated violations, systemic misrepresentation, or deceptive listing practices will result in escalating account restrictions or suspension. Zero-tolerance violations (prohibited items, illegal content, CSAM) will result in immediate account ban without prior warning. Enforcement actions apply to the Platform account only; Vito has no authority outside the Platform.

077. User-Generated Content License

By submitting any Content to the Platform, you represent that you own or have the right to use all such Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. You grant Vito a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of your Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Platform. This license survives the termination of your account.

088. Intellectual Property Takedown (Notice and Takedown)

Rights holders who believe their intellectual property rights are being infringed by content on the Platform may submit a takedown notice to legal@vito.com. Notices must include: identification of the protected work; identification of the infringing content (URL or listing ID); a statement of good faith belief; and contact details. Vito will review valid notices and take appropriate action within a reasonable time. Vito is not liable for content posted by Users prior to receiving a valid takedown notice.

099. Appeals

Sellers or Users whose content is removed and who believe removal was in error may submit an appeal through Vito's support channel within seven (7) days of removal. Appeals must include the listing or content identifier and the specific basis for the appeal. Vito will review appeals at its discretion. Zero-tolerance removals are generally not eligible for appeal. Vito's decision on appeal is final.

1010. Governing Law

This Content & Listings Policy is governed by Thai law. Disputes regarding content removal or moderation decisions shall be subject to Thai jurisdiction.
