011. Platform Identity and Status
Vito Marketplace ("Vito") is a digital marketplace platform operated as a technology intermediary in the Kingdom of Thailand. Vito provides infrastructure for users to list, discover, and transact goods and services. Vito is not a retailer, trading company, import/export agent, or financial institution. Vito's legal and operational scope is limited to Thailand.

033. Response Time Expectations
- General user support (in-Platform): Vito aims to respond within 24–48 hours on business days. Response times are not guaranteed.
- Legal and compliance inquiries (email): within 5 business days.
- Data subject rights requests (PDPA): within 30 days as required by Thai law.
- Intellectual property takedown notices: within 5 business days of receipt of a complete valid notice.
- Law enforcement and official authority requests: subject to applicable Thai law and procedures; timing determined by legal requirements, not Vito's standard SLA.
044. Law Enforcement and Authority Cooperation
Vito may, in limited and applicable circumstances and strictly in accordance with Thai law, cooperate with Royal Thai Police, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI), or other competent Thai governmental authorities. Such cooperation may include the disclosure of user data, account information, or transaction records pursuant to lawful legal process. Vito expressly provides no guarantee, commitment, or representation that: (a) any user report will be forwarded to any authority; (b) any law enforcement agency will investigate or prosecute any matter; (c) any particular outcome will result from any cooperation; (d) Vito will be able to provide any particular data or information to authorities. Decisions regarding authority cooperation are made entirely at Vito's legal discretion and in accordance with applicable Thai law and Vito's legal obligations.
055. Official Authority Requests
Law enforcement agencies and official regulatory bodies seeking user data, records, or other information from Vito must submit formal requests through proper legal channels in accordance with Thai law, including applicable mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT) procedures where relevant. Informal or unofficial requests cannot be honored. Requests should be directed to legal@vito.com for initial processing. Vito will require valid legal process (court order, subpoena, or equivalent Thai legal instrument) before disclosing user data except in emergency circumstances involving imminent risk to life.

077. Policy Document Hub
All legal policies and documents are published and maintained at vito.com/legal. Each document carries a "Last updated" date indicating its most recent revision. Vito reserves the right to update any policy at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing policies periodically. Continued use of the Platform after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
088. Limitation of Platform Liability
Vito's legal responsibility is strictly limited to actions taken within the Platform. Vito is not liable for any outcome of Transactions between Users, for any conduct of Users outside the Platform, or for any failure by any User to comply with applicable Thai law. Vito's maximum liability in any circumstance is as defined in the Terms of Service.
