Use the public Legal requests form for privacy, copyright, dangerous content, other rights or authority requests. An account is not required. Existing users can also report a listing/chat and use support or appeals. Include a usable reply address; no unverified external mailbox is designated here.

022. Handling requests

Requests receive a reference and are available to authorised reviewers. The channel is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an investigation by authorities. Immediate danger should also be reported directly to competent authorities. Statutory urgency and deadlines take priority over ordinary support targets; no uniform five-business-day removal promise applies.

033. Documents and disclosure

Supply only what is necessary. Do not attach identity documents or intimate material unsolicited. Reviewers may request proportionate verification through an appropriate channel. Authority requests are checked for competence, basis and scope. Confidentiality is not absolute where lawful disclosure or necessary rights-holder procedures apply.
